Last night I got to see The Teenagers - a French synth-pop indie band. It was a good time, though at the beginning of the night I thought I was in for a long night when absolutely terrible punk band The Crash Moderns took the stage. It was a nice little reminder of why I hate punk culture. After came Team Robespierre, who I grew to adore. I need to get my hands on their music.
The Teenagers kind of formed as a joke, but have turned into a full-fledged trend. I covered the event for 'sup Magazine - I assume photos and a review by Abbey Braden will be up in the next day or so, so I'm not going to go into detail about the event, but I did want to touch on a few things.
The band's energy was great. Lead singer Quentin Delafon was down in the audience interacting with fans - he even brought up a bunch of girls to join him in singing on stage.
The Teenagers have some very vulgar lyrics - most notably in their hit song "Homecoming." While some have criticized their lyrics as being misogynistic, I think it falls more under the "joke" category. I don't think the band really believes everything they sing, I think it's more for shock and laughs. And I laughed. Does that make me a bad person?
Check out photos and these two tracks.

It's too bad The Crash Moderns are not a punk band. Perhaps you should aquire a basic knowledge of music genre before making such a ridiculous assessment. Imbicile.
By the way, Your photography is excellent. I say stick to what your good at.
